This career step requires senior level experience where this person is responsible for the development of high performance, distributed modeling tasks using Machine Learning and Data Science. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Completes programming and documentation, and then performs testing and debugging of applications. 
• Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in distributed, large-scale analytics and visualization solutions. 
• Interacts with data scientists and industry experts to understand how data needs to be converted, loaded and presented. 
• Works in a highly agile environment. 

Job Contribution:

• Senior level machine learning professional, with technical knowledge and ATT technologies. 
• Understands business issues and needs that translate into requirements to create the overall solution. 
• Conduct peer code reviews and peer teams in assessing the impact and opportunity of new technologies to enable new capabilities. 
• Prepare deployment packages, artifacts, as well as develop reference and resource materials. 
• Review final technical design/solutions and support User Acceptance Testing. 
• Participate across the project lifecycle team to ensure requirements have been met to stakeholder specifications. 
• Must have expertise in SDLC, applications and systems, and technical evaluation. 
• Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of technologies used at AT&T. 

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering required. 

Experience Required:

Typically requires 3-5 years experience in the following:

• The position requires expertise in Python, SQL, Data-Bricks, SnowFlake, Palantir Foundry, Docker, and Kubernetes under a distributed cloud environment. 
• Familiarity with JVM-based function languages including Scala and Java is preferred, along with Hadoop query languages including Pig, Hive, Scalding, Cascalog, PyCascading. 
• Apache Flink computing frameworks including Spark/Databricks and IBM InfoSphere Streams are desirable. 
• Experience using Big Data programming languages and technology to write code.

Our Senior Tech Business Analysis, earns between $105,600.00-$158,400.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
