This role requires someone comfortable working across different data-focused disciplines, including machine learning, data engineering, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in ML/AI principles, strong programming skills, experience with data pipelines and warehousing, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. This role offers a unique opportunity to have a broad impact and contribute to various aspects of our data strategy. Responsibilities:

• Machine Learning: Develop, implement, and deploy machine learning models. Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. Train and evaluate models;
• Data Engineering: Build and maintain data pipelines. Process and transform data for use in machine learning models and BI reporting. Work with databases and data warehousing solutions;
• Business Intelligence: Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance. Analyze data and identify trends. Communicate findings to stakeholders;
• Collaborate with other team members on projects across these disciplines;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML/AI, data engineering, and BI;
• Contribute to the overall improvement of our data capabilities.

 Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role (machine learning, data engineering, or BI);
• Strong programming skills in Python;
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
• Experience with SQL and relational databases;
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI);
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms;
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools;
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple disciplines;
• Good communication and teamwork skills. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies are essential;
• Fluent Portuguese language skills.
