Director of Data Science

Scopely is looking for a Director of Data Science to join the Monopoly GO! team. This is a hybrid/remote role open to candidates in either Ireland, Israel, Spain, Portugal or the UK on a hybrid/remote basis. Are you a driven, experienced Data Science leader looking for the right environment of ambition in which to apply your leadership skills? • Nurture the craft of Data Science in the organisation as a thought leader
• Develop a strategic roadmap for the function that maximises our potential
• Drive a project- and product-oriented approach that build business confidence through iterative development that demonstrates a discipline approach to value
• Build connections into the analytics and product functions as well as the wider business to stay attuned to future opportunities for transformation
• Lead the Data Science team and integrate with data engineering and data product specialisms to maximize paths to success

  What you will need 

• Proven capability as a thought leader in the field 
• Experience integrating Data Science as product with a live service business. 
• Strong games industry experience 
• Technical leadership made credible by your history as an expert practitioner 
• Background of project success having built out using lean/agile principles 
• Experience owning a live product suite while sustaining innovation and growth
