AT A GLANCE

RVO Health is looking for a talented, results-oriented, and innovative Staff Clinical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for mapping clinical reference data that powers provider and facility information. You will also work closely with business partners and engineering teams to identify and prioritize analytics projects that drive business value.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Atlanta office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

  • Create clinically appropriate datasets to support Healthgrades and RVO Health products
  • Create mapping datasets to interpret external medical data
  • Advise sales and marketing teams on the best use of provider clinical data to support potential business opportunities
  • Work directly with physicians and other clinical experts to create datasets that identify iatrogenic complications, especially as differentiated from expected events
  • Work with business teams, data engineers and data architects to define and design data products that drive user engagement and revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the team’s priorities align with business objectives
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders to drive value and adoption of data products
  • Assist in finding appropriate providers for needed care, using advanced methodology and clinical expertise

What We’re Looking For

  • Clinical background providing direct patient care
  • Familiarity with one or more medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG, etc.)
  • Experience in building SQL queries across relational databases
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of working well with business stakeholders
  • Ability to learn technical skills
  • Insatiable curiosity and tenacity to keep digging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when there is ambiguity involved

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $108,000 - $145,000*
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
