Senior Accounting Officer (Data Analysis)

The Job

• Handle monthly billing of manager’s remuneration for managed properties, and miscellaneous income and receipts as required
• Perform monthly income and accounts receivables reconciliation, and autopay reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of autopay file to bank
• Calculate the rental credit amortization upon intake of tenants, and monitor the monthly amortization process
• Assist the development and production of operational analysis and reports to support the financial control functions
• Assist in creating solutions for repetitive tasks such as data extraction, transformation and loading for enhancing the efficiency of daily operations
• Handle rent / rates revision and concession calculation for data upload
• Other ad hoc assignments

The Person

• Degree holder in accounting, information systems or other disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences
• Highly computer literate with work experience on advanced Excel VBA, PowerQuery, etc
• Proven track records in interacting with IT department and business users
• Working experiences in billing systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
