Job Purpose:

Support Global Head of Digital in providing leadership in identifying, shaping, and developing the KK strategic and business data capabilities needed to deliver our enterprise objectives and vision

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement and own the Global KK data strategy and roadmap
• Provide vision and leadership in data utility across global functions, working closely with regional teams to provide them direction, guidance and alignment
• Define and drive a world class fit for purpose data operating model catering to needs to business, global and regional stakeholders
• Lead and drive the sourcing, delivery, and maintenance of data products and capabilities at KK global data organisation, collaborating with other global and regional data teams to enable and support key business initiatives
• Drive agile method of delivery enabling business, data and technology partnership
• Maintain and manage the global data products which have been delivered to provide best in class customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Position Requirements

• Significant and demonstrable knowledge of leading and developing effective data programs across a global company
• Experienced leader in driving the optimisation and adoption of an organisation
• Proven record of experience in data full lifecycle management including the preparation, ingestion, and processing of data
• Post graduate degree in Computer Science or Mathematics an advantage
• Significant experience within a regulated industry driving data transformation programs preferably within the lifecycle sector
• Ability to travel between international locations as required
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deal with conflicting demands
• Demonstrable good understanding of project management(agile) principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience and confidence with communicating with and presenting to senior leadership
• Solid experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry, with strong knowledge and understanding of technologies and practices(GxP)
