The Opportunity

Role Overview: The Principal Data Sciences Product Leader in Knowledge Management (KM) is responsible for defining and executing the long-term strategy for PDKM (Product Development Knowledge Management) to ensure sustained success. This role is pivotal in delivering maximum value and impact through tailored PDKM and Digital products, services, and resources that meet customers' specific needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Execution: Lead the pipeline of PDKM and Digital business use cases and ensure the successful execution of the long-term strategy for sustained success.
Customer-Centric Solutions: Ensure that PDKM and Digital offerings are tailored to customer needs, delivering maximum value and impact.
Vision and Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for KM platforms and solutions.
Governance and Metrics: Play an active role in the PD KM Council, contributing to the KM Governance Framework including defining metrics and ways of working.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in strategy execution for knowledge management and digital solutions.
Strong ability to tailor products and services to meet specific customer needs.
Expertise in defining product vision, strategy, and solution roadmaps.
