- Level & Responsibility: This role is at a senior executive level or equivalent, and it is responsible for delivering data analysis and reporting to enhance client decision-making and campaign effectiveness. This role might be better known as an Insight Analyst in other businesses.
- Salary: £33k+ per annum, depending on experience, plus a 10% bonus scheme

Location & Hybrid Working: Leeds or Bradford, 1 to 2 days a week
The role
Deliver Actionable Insights: Provide accurate and timely data analysis, performance reporting, and compelling narratives to enhance client decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
Enhance Strategic Impact: Collaborate with teams to refine tools and processes, ensuring insights are aligned with business objectives and deliver maximum value to clients.
Support Collaboration and Upskilling: Lead client sessions, upskill teams through training materials, and support strategic initiatives such as event metrics and category insights to drive overall success.

What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:
- Develop and maintain a detailed calendar of supplier sessions, ensuring accurate scheduling for Platinum, Gold, and Silver clients.
- Support the transition of data analysis processes from Excel to Power BI using automated insight templates that save time and improve efficiency.
- Craft compelling data narratives to deliver actionable recommendations, enhancing client decision-making.
- Lead ~30 client insight sessions annually, collaborating closely with teams to address specific client needs and objectives.
- Take ownership of supplier snapshots, delivering timely insights and driving improvements through proactive and strategic reporting.
- Manage and prioritise client requests, ensuring timely responses and developing reusable tools to address recurring needs.
- Design and deliver training materials to upskill teams, fostering confidence in data discussions and campaign planning.
- Support event strategy by defining success metrics, producing actionable insights, and sharing learnings through case studies.
- Provide quarterly category insights, tracking trends and forecasting opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and confidently, driving impactful outcomes.
