Data Scientist - Clearance Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ability to frame and scale data problems to effectively analyze, visualize and find data solutions.
• Define analytical strategies and engage stakeholders, including Army leadership.
• Manage Agile data activities.
• Execute complex data integration, modeling, and analysis to uncover actionable insights.
• Develop sophisticated visualizations and dashboards to inform operational decisions.
• Design innovative data management processes tailored to Army logistics.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years relevant experience.
• Expertise in:
  • US Army Logistics data
  • Big data technologies
  • Data visualization
  • Programming (Python, R, Spark, SQL)
  • Advanced analytics techniques (machine learning, statistical models)
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Master’s degree or higher.
• Previous DOD experience.
• Palantir Foundry platform experience
• Familiarity with secure data handling in DoD IT environments.
