We are looking for a Senior Customer Data Product Owner to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the Metering Product within our Customer Centricity department, ensuring the availability and security of customer data for internal and external users. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative solutions for the energy sector, focused on data exchange and market communication processes. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs, while adhering to Agile practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in product ownership or similar roles, ideally in data products and customer/user journeys

• Solid understanding of Agile Development methodologies

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex messages to diverse stakeholders

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English

• Ability to engage in discussions with technology teams to assess opportunities and risks

• Leadership skills to make fast, effective decisions and guide a diverse team

• A passion for driving change, innovation, and continuous improvement

• A collaborative mindset, fostering transparency and trust within the team

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of the energy sector, industry trends, user demands, and pain points

• Experience in coaching teams on Agile practices

• Comfort with modern technologies and the ability to challenge the status quo

• Ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize user stories, and ensure timely delivery of business value
