Job Description & Summary:  Data Engineer/Big data/Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Data Engineers (Cloud)
• ·         Strong experience in established data technologies viz. Data ingestion, ETL, and data warehouse, CDC and Event Streaming technologies.
• ·         Hands on experience in AWS cloud services for data management and governance.
• ·         Develop pipelines to ingest data from different sources such as Database, delimited files etc, do complex transformation and loading data into the S3.
• ·         develop Glue mapping and create Glue data catalogue
• ·         Hands on experience in design and implementation of data pipelines, ETL and data warehouse technologies following industry standards.
• ·         Experienced or conversant in emerging tools like parquet or iceberg and unstructured data. Must understand them sufficiently to guide the organization in understanding and adopting them
• BI Engineers (Tableau)
• ·         Expertise in visual analytics and design principles
• ·         Strong experience in: Tableau other visualization development experience and designing dashboards / decision enablement tools
• ·         SQL Programming, PL/SQL
• ·         Developing rich portfolio of design uses cases demonstrating excellent user experience
• ·         Working in an agile development environment including rapid prototyping during sprints

• Quality Engineers
• ·         Translate user stories into testing and automation requirements
• ·         Develop, enhance, and execute automated scripts using recommended tools and framework, as per acceptance criteria identified from Behavior Driven Development (BDD) approach
• ·         Record and track defects, and drive to resolution
• ·         Work with the team to ensure all aspects of the system have proper risk-based testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance, and quality (unit, integration, API, accessibility, functional, regression, performance, security, release)
• ·         Ensure that automation scripts (and test cases) are articulated and structured well to enable rapid execution by any other team members, as required
• ·         Contribute to the automated tests in the CI/CD
• ·         Contribute early to the design and development process to ensure built-in quality code (TDD and BDD)
• ·         Add, reuse and maintain the automated and manual tests in the Regression Model, Knowledge of PyCharm is must 
• ·         Proactively inform the Scrum Master of any challenges that could impact the delivery of test automation
• ·         Implement QE process and automated testing, using best practices and tools from the centralized QE Chapter, for all work streams to improve the overall testing cycle
• ·         Ensures that the squad has the appropriate test environment (including Automated Environment Provisioning or AEP) and test data
