Salary Range:

$137,300.00 - $228,900.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data and BI Analyst to join our team. The Data and BI Analyst is responsible for analyzing business data, creating and maintaining business intelligence (BI) tools, and generating reports to help stakeholders make informed decisions. This role involves working closely with business units to identify their analytical needs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and leveraging data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
  • Develop ad hoc and scheduled reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data and reporting needs and metrics.
  • Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and visualizations.
  • Ensure dashboards are aligned with business goals and are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform data cleansing and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Conduct regular audits of critical reports for accuracy and consistency.
  • Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and visualizations.

  • Partner with business units to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide training and support for end-users of BI tools and using centralized data platform.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and reports to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging BI technologies and best practices.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Work with data warehouses and ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data.
  • Support data migration and integration projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful insights through BI tools.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization principles.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, MySQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with programming languages like Python or R.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data modeling best practices.
  • Understanding of latest AI/ML technologies.

Hybrid working
