The Role: 

We are looking for a skilled Bordereaux Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize bordereaux data processes. You will collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and quality while supporting key business initiatives.

  • This is a hybrid role - London or Manchester
  • Target start date: February 2025


Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, validate, and process bordereaux data from various sources.
  • Clean and transform data into formats suitable for analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies, providing actionable insights.
  • Reconcile data across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain data quality control measures and support compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance data management tools and processes.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in data management, including validation and cleaning techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with reinsurance principles, products, and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with bordereaux management tools or automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like Solvency II or Lloyd’s standards.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data automation.
  • Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM).
