About the Role

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, youll work directly with our clients Central Control Department (anonymized for confidentiality). Your mission is to strengthen their Data Mining team, leveraging your expertise to collect and translate business and data requirements into actionable solutions. You'll develop, optimize, and implement data pipelines, perform insightful data analyses, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Needs Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for developers.
• Data Source Integration: Identify and link new data sources to business needs. Integrate these sources to enhance analytical model accuracy and develop necessary features.
• Data Preparation: Clean and prepare datasets for analysis to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Data Exploration & Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Python Programming: Write clean, efficient Python code that aligns with architectural standards set by developers.
• Reporting & Visualization: Generate detailed reports and visualizations (e.g., KPI dashboards) using tools such as Power BI.
• Collaboration: Partner with development teams to ensure timely project delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

• Educational Background:
  • Masters in Industrial Engineering.
  • Certifications in dbt Labs (dbt Fundamentals, Analytics Engineering), Databricks (Data Engineer Associate, Lakehouse Fundamentals).
  • Additional certifications in Collibra, Machine Learning, and Perfect Associate are desirable.
• Technical Skills & Experience:
  • Programming: Proven expertise in Python, SQL, Java, C, COBOL, and HTML/CSS.
  • Data Tools: Experience with SQL-based data modeling, Databricks, dbt, and Collibra.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • Visualization: Expertise in Power BI and similar tools.
  • Agile/Scrum: Hands-on experience in Agile project management methodologies.
• Languages: Proficiency in French, English, and Dutch.
