About the job :

Our client is seeking a dedicated Professional Services and Support Provider to join their team. The ideal candidate will focus on the efficient execution of key tasks and ensure alignment with the client's strategic objectives. This role involves overseeing hardware rollout management, data management, stakeholder communication, user research, application onboarding, device return and replacement management, and data quality optimization. 

Data Optimization Coordinator | 100% remote position

Responsibilities:  

Hardware Rollout Management: 

• Oversee the batch planning and hands-on coordination of hardware rollout for clients employees across various offices in Switzerland and internationally. 

• Ensure a seamless and well-organized rollout process, aligning with clients operational needs. 

Data Management and Continuous Improvement: 

• Maintain, update, and optimize Excel spreadsheets to prioritize rollout invitations based on user needs, preferences, and organizational priorities. 

Stakeholder Communication and Migration Roadmap Management: 

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on migration progress, ensuring team leads are well-informed of their respective teams' status. 

• Develop, refine, and maintain the migration roadmap to align with project timelines and objectives. 

User Research and Application Ownership: 

• Conduct user interviews, when necessary, to identify key application owners and responsible individuals, ensuring accountability and clarity in the application onboarding process. 

Application Onboarding and Task Prioritization: 

• Work closely with the Application Onboarding Team to prioritize tasks based on user application data, ensuring timely and effective application integration. 

Device Return and Replacement Management: 

• Monitor and manage the return of Aveniq devices, ensuring efficient replacement with client-managed devices to achieve cost optimization and project objectives. 

Data Quality and System Optimization: 

• Drive improvements in data quality across all tracking tools and connected systems, ensuring consistency, reliability, and alignment with project goals. 

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in hardware rollout management and data management

• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear updates to stakeholders

• Experience in user research and application onboarding

• Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools

• Ability to manage device returns and replacements efficiently

• High english level
