Job Description

Job Summary:  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced NLP and LLM Expert to join our team As an Advanced NLP and LLM Expert you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting edge natural language processing models and solutions Your expertise in advanced NLP techniques and large language models will contribute to the development of innovative AI powered applications The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP research a deep understanding of large language models and the ability to apply them to real world challenges

Responsibilities:

1 Do the research development and implementation of advanced natural language processing techniques and models

2 Design and train large language models such as GPT Generative Pre trained Transformer and BERT Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers T5 Flan T5 etc to solve complex NLP tasks

3 Collaborate with cross functional teams to define NLP requirements and develop AI powered applications

4 Conduct in depth research on NLP advancements stay up to date with the latest developments and propose innovative solutions

5 Preprocess and analyze large scale text data to train and fine tune NLP models for various applications

6 Evaluate and benchmark NLP models identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to achieve higher performance

7 Optimize and deploy NLP models in production environments ensuring scalability and efficiency

8 Collaborate with data scientists software engineers and domain experts to integrate NLP capabilities into existing systems and workflows

9 Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in NLP and large language models and contribute to the company s knowledge base through documentation and presentations.

10 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior NLP team members

Qualifications

Engineering/ Science graduate

5-7 years of experience
