- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of data privacy, ethics, and data protection frameworks. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant local and global regulations, embedding ethical data practices across the organization, and safeguarding the privacy and integrity of critical data assets.
- Drive the establishment and oversight of governance frameworks for advanced analytics (AI/ML), ensuring these align with global standards and best practices to rigorously manage risks, maintain transparency, and uphold ethical standards in the implementation of advanced analytics technologies.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data professionals, guiding them to achieve excellence and align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
