A day in the life of... 

The Data Operations Specialist is responsible for gathering data and updating reports in a timely and accurate manner to assist business users in decision making. Ensures the existing reports are up and running. The Data Operations Specialist may need to interpret, provide meaningful analysis for decision making.

• Responsible in generating, collating, updating reports and providing meaningful analysis in a timely and accurate manner to help drive business decisions.
• Ensure PowerBI reports are updated and refreshed on a timely manner
• Update/fix/troubleshoot reporting inaccuracies in a timely manner
• Document SOP/QRGs on the end to end process in report creation
• Performs other tasks that can be assigned in relation to agreed developmental plan or that can be assigned from time to time.

What will make you successful 

• Graduate of Business, Accounting, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related fields
• Minimum of 1 year Data Analytics, Reporting or related experience
• Experience in reporting tools and methodologies
• Has a grasp of data to insights and data storytelling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint
• Familiar with database and ERP such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Preferably with experience on Power BI
