Data and Analytics Manager

We are seeking an Analytics and Master Data Manager to lead the development and implementation of a robust data architecture, governance framework, and operational model for analytics and master data. In this key role, you will report to our Chief Information Officer and be a part of a growing international IT team and network consisting of IT and business professionals. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement the technical architecture of a new data layer 
• Develop and execute a governance framework for analytics and master data across Orkla Health 
• Establish an operating model for analytics and master data, including Orkla Health business organization and main suppliers 
• Lead project and portfolio management for analytics and master data initiatives 

Your background and skills  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture, data management, or related areas 
• Proven success in delivering data solutions in corporate environments, with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills  
• Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices, and the ability to align data strategies with organizational goals  
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
