As a Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst in the FO&C Enabling Team, you will be a part of the EMEA Credit Services Organization and the teams' purpose is to manage all aspects of end-to-end data processing, utilizing customized report building functions and developing interactive visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights, as well as develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities and conduct process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Ensure the on-time delivery of quality outputs, by managing requirements gathering correctly and aligning with stakeholders on acceptance criteria 
• Engage and support key stakeholders by discussing recognized patterns, correlations, as well as opportunities and risks
• Ensure quality data structures for the analysis of data and use of proper statistical analyses 
• Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance of operations, by identifying optimization measures derived from quantitative analyses
• Validate data for correctness and completeness and report any discrepancies to the specialist departments
• Recognize opportunities for process automation and design the solution
• Create and update work instructions and technical documentation for tools and systems
• Build awareness in the organization of available systems and tools, train stakeholders on most efficient way of use
• Back-up Enabling team colleagues, according to need.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Background in Collection or Cash application
• At least 3 years of Business Intelligence, analytics, statistics and/or reporting experience
• Demonstrated working effectively in cross-functional project teams to identify business requirements and translate data into actionable insights 
• Strong technical background and current on modern BI and reporting technologies (ex. Power BI, Tableau) as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Any experience with VBA, Python, Business Objects, Power Automate and / or Power Apps, SQL and SAP are preferred.
• Solid experience with data visualizations and tools and comfortable when working with large data sets
• Strong analytical problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
• Can manage multiple complex initiative simultaneously with agile mindset to changes.
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
