Our challenge
We are looking a DevOps engineer who will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers’ needs.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $120k - $125k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Requirements:
You are:

- Kubernetes
- Expertise in code deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible, and Chef).
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong command of software-automation production systems (Jenkins and Selenium).
- Expertise in script languages (Shell, Python, Ruby).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
It would be great if you also had:
- Banking experience
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
