Your tasks:
You own the Logistics Data Cluster’s strategy, objectives and implementation
You will lead and mentor the Data Owners in your clusters
You are accountable for the data objects definition of your data cluster and contribute that the data is properly defined, following standards and policies across the organization
You provide functional expertise to define data models, governance, processes, harmonization and data quality rules
You oversee Data Quality Management activities for all data objects within your data cluster and provide guidance on prioritization and metrics
You review data migration reports with the Data Owner and will recommend corrective action if necessary
Your profile:
You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering or comparable studies with several years of professional experience preferably some time in a leadership role
You bring relevant experience in a Master Data Management orientated role in a technical and commercial context and are motivated in leading the Data Cluster Logistics
You have in-depth knowledge of (SAP) Data model, industry leading data quality and data protection management practices especially in Sales & Service data objects
You are highly skilled in change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design
You have excellent analytical skills with focus on details as well as problem-solving competence
You enjoy communicating and facilitating in English with senior level management from technology and business in an international and intercultural environment
