Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join the BI Team of a well-established Forex Company. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing data-driven decision-making processes. 

As a critical contributor, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights, automate reporting, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to understand data requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
• Manage daily BI tasks such as data monitoring, report generation, and data visualization.
• Analyze high-volume data sets to uncover trends and patterns relevant to business goals.
• Conduct training sessions to improve team capabilities in interpreting and utilizing data insights.
• Develop and execute BI strategies that enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
• Build and maintain a robust data pipeline through proactive management and source collaboration.
• Perform data quality assessments to ensure accuracy and relevance of insights.
• Oversee end-to-end BI processes to create seamless experiences for stakeholders.
• Stay informed about emerging BI trends and refine tools and practices accordingly.
• Support data-driven initiatives and market analysis to strengthen the organizations competitive edge.

Requirements & Background:

• 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis; preferred backgrounds include financial services or technology sectors.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and expertise in data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
• Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in SQL and Power BI (front-end and back-end); Python knowledge is a plus.
• Proven success in delivering high-quality data insights aligned with business objectives.
• BA Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
