AI Chatbot Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Software Developer to enhance and optimize our existing internal AI chatbot, powered by OCI Generative AI services, currently serving over 10,000 users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training the chatbot on internal data sources to improve its accuracy and relevance in user interactions.

Key responsibilities include analyzing user feedback, implementing updates to the chatbot's algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new features. The successful candidate will have a strong background in natural language processing, machine learning, and software development, with a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
