Job Description
Position Purpose
The Senior Analyst, Digital Planning Transformation, will be a part of the Digital Transformation Team that will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing large scale planning strategies across a multi-year transformation roadmap. Candidate will be responsible in leveraging technology that reduces manual processes and significantly improving digital planning and execution processes through cross-functional collaboration to drive game-changing opportunities within the Supply Chain organization.
Major/Key Accountabilities
Maximize current JDA functionality and PSO utilization and optimization, process and business performance
Drive significant reduction in manual touches to increase planning automation
Challenge status quo by identifying and recommending process change and/or systems enhancement from order received to product fulfilment
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in supply chain, sales, finance in identifying key opportunities to improve supply chain performance
Prepare project plans, budgets, forecasts, and review baselines to project and track key performance indicators and financial metrics
Create several daily, weekly, monthly reports and executive presentation
Structured and organized; use a variety of project management tools to keep projects on track; advocate for best practices and identify/ implement them
Build financial models, business cases
Implement digital processes including but not limited to – demand management, raw material planning, enhancing auto planning, improving sourcing and receiving into optimal locations – to improve service and optimize supply chain cost
Experience with handling big data repository, having a strong aptitude for automating manual tasks by leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Planning Systems and Business Intelligence tools
Continuously improve planning systems and processes to increase footprint within the digital space

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology or equivalent discipline
Experience
Previous experience in Supply Chain Management in a manufacturing environment or customer service experience preferred
Previous experience with sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory planning, network optimization will be a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power Automate, is preferred
Strong Power BI skills required
Critical Thinking required
Analytical capabilities needed to synthesize large amounts of data into a clear story and/or assess business process improvement opportunities - especially to an executive audience
Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to communicate at all organizational levels
