Consultant | Data Scientist| Delhi | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions

Must haves:

o  Bachelor or advanced degree in computer science, IT, Electronics & Communication or engineering-related or data-intensive related fields such as applied mathematics, economics, physics or statistics.

o  Professional experience as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer or related role in the private sector. Includes developing optimization algorithms or machine learning or deep learning models in production settings for 3 or more years.

o  Professional experience of using either PyTorch, Tensorflow, or Keras.

o  Strong proficiency in wrangling datasets through Pandas, Dask or other Python-based data science libraries.

o  Strong fundamentals in solving analytical problems with various algorithmic solutions.

o  Professional experience in end-to-end system design: data analysis, feature engineering, technique selection & implementation, debugging, and maintenance in production.

o  Data Mining & Management / Predictive Analytics / Machine Learning / Optimisation / Business Rules Engines / Geospatial Analysis / Risk Scoring & Identification

o  Solid experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models and techniques

o  Knowledge of Generative AI models

o  Knowledge of existing and upcoming platforms and vendors in the market with and leveraging them creatively into wider business solutions (good to have)

Good to have:

o  Demonstrated experience in working on data science for social good problem statements

o  Professional experience in working with the government directly or indirectly in policy-consulting or technology roles settings is a strong plus.

o  Ability to create advanced analytical models that are fit for purpose and scalable, to identify insightful trends and patterns from the data

o  Experience in structuring, presenting, and communicating your work results

o  Experience with source control (git) and DevOps

o  Generative AI and experience with MLFlow and other MLOps pipeline

o  Ability to present complex business and technology problems and solutions in a simple form to address the level of audience from C-level, executive sponsors, and business owners to engineering and operational teams

o  Strong appetite for innovation and emerging technologies

o  Demonstrate ability to think strategically about business, create technical solutions with end users in mind, motivate and mobilize resources, as well as deliver results

o  Flexibility in terms of working hours and working on multiple tools and technologies
