We are seeking a talented and motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our Automation team. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions using RPA technologies to improve business processes and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business processes and identify areas for automation
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath
• Develop and maintain RPA scripts and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
• Perform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of RPA implementations and make necessary adjustments
• Document processes and maintain technical specifications for RPA solutions
• Provide guidance on RPA best practices and stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and trends
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices to continuously improve the automation process

Who are we looking for? People with:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Nice to have:

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with other automation tools and technologies
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts
• Familiarity with database management and SQL
