Staff Software Engineer
Tasks
- Build APIs, microservices, and containerized solutions with Docker & Kubernetes
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to monitoring
- Design scalable multi-tenant SaaS architectures supporting batch and real-time inference
- Develop deep learning models for object detection, segmentation, change detection
- Implement computer vision techniques for thermal analysis, corrosion detection, and predictive maintenance
- Integrate ML models into cloud-native SaaS platforms using AWS, GCP, Azure
- Lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, establish best practices and MLOps pipelines
- Lead design and deployment of AI/ML image analytics solutions
- Optimize models for real-time inference and edge deployment
