Responsibilities:

• Create Value: You develop and implement AI/ML models and solutions for specific business challenges.

• Holistic Responsibility: You implement end-to-end workflows for AI projects, from data pre-processing to model delivery.

• Keeping an Eye on Performance: You monitor AI models in productive operation and ensure that they meet business objectives.

• Research: You prototype and experiment with new AI methods and frameworks according to the latest developments and trends in AI/ML technology.

• Global Collaboration: You work closely with stakeholders, data scientists and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.

• Knowledge Sharing: You share your knowledge within the team and are part of an open-minded, collaborative working environment.

Qualifications:

• Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field.

• AI / ML & Data Engineering: Experience with AI / ML frameworks and the development and deployment of AI / ML solutions (SAP, Microsoft, Google, Amazon); also understanding of data pre-processing, feature engineering and model evaluation techniques.

• Methods & Technology: Knowledge of MLOps practices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines; as well as knowledge of relevant AI implementation languages.

• Collaboration: Ability to analyze and solve problems, as well as strong written and spoken German and English skills.
