Position Summary

Dealing with health plan data and specific medical issues and trends can be unfamiliar territory for Meritain Health's clients. In collaboration with Meritain's Client Solution Team, leveraging Tableau as well as our analytics tool Enlight, Informatics focuses on translating data into comprehensive insights and actionable results for our employers.

• Proactively offer insights on client plan performance with a focus of turning data into actionable information.

• Effectively communicate and collaborate across departments to manage client and broker requests for your block of business.

• Become a subject matter expert for Client Management, clients and brokers related to our Enlight tool and their client's data.

Required Qualifications

• We support a hybrid work environment. If selected and you live near a suitable work location, you may be expected to comply with the hybrid work policy.  Under the policy, all hires for in-scope populations should be placed into a hybrid or office-based location, working onsite three days a week. Aetna Service Operations office/hub locations will be discussed with the selected candidate.

• 1+ years of data analysis experience and beginning to intermediate Tableau skills

• 1 year of experience working with Tableau for data visualization and analytics.

• 2 years experience with Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• Experience in statistical analysis and database management. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of relational databases, data systems and data warehouses.

• Proven track record of consulting and advising internal/external clients on data decision making
• Excellent Verbal and written communication presenting complex data and recommendations to clients
  • Ability to translate business needs to a non- technical audience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year Project Management experience.

• Medical coding experience.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred.

• 1 Year working with Health Care Insurance, primarily with Self-Funded claims with an understanding of data sources and categories.

• A variety of experience with analytics tools.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Self-motivated with the Ability to work independently without direction, and ability to prioritize work effectively.

Education

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $102,081.60

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
