Compensation for this position is set at $27/hour.This person will need to work hybrid from our Plymouth Meeting, PA office three days per week.Accolade's internship program runs June 9th-August 15th, 2025.

 

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern in Data Analytics to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, providing you with the opportunity to develop valuable skills while contributing to real-world projects. You will work with a variety of datasets, uncover insights, and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders. As a summer intern, you will be tasked with a significant analytics project, along with supporting one-off analyses. 

 

A Day in the Life: 

• Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights. 

• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to formulate hypotheses and test them using data-driven methodologies. 

• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support the team with ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative. 

• Data Visualization: Assist in the development of impactful data visualizations and dashboards to enhance understanding of complex data. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• In-person Attendance: Ability to come in-person to our Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania office at least 3 times a week. 

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data storytelling techniques. 

• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. 

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to think critically and approach problems with a data-driven perspective. 

• Team Player: A collaborative spirit with effective communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.
