Key Responsibilities

  • AI/ML Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, promoting best practices and advanced technical methodologies.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest AI and ML advancements to enhance existing systems or develop innovative new solutions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with product managers, software engineers, and key stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications, ensuring smooth implementation of AI solutions.
  • Data Preparation: Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to create high-quality datasets for machine learning models.
  • Model Training & Optimization: Train, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models to meet accuracy and performance goals.
  • Model Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy AI models into production environments and continuously monitor their performance, making adjustments as needed for optimal results.
  • Documentation: Document AI models, algorithms, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility within the team.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI solutions align with ethical guidelines, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of deploying AI models in production environments.

Technical Skills

  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python with a strong understanding of software development best practices.
  • ML Frameworks & Libraries: Expertise in machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Data Analysis: Strong background in statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
  • Cloud & Containerization: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Version Control & Methodologies: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
