In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and strengthening Harvey’s recruiting function. You’ll focus on making processes more efficient, scalable, and aligned with our growth goals while empowering teams to do their best work. By partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll design and implement operational strategies, leverage data-driven insights, and create tools and resources that uplevel the recruiting experience for candidates and hiring partners. This is a high-impact role that will directly contribute to the success of our recruiting efforts during a significant growth phase.
What You’ll DoOptimize recruiting processes and tools to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
Lead and support the Recruiting Coordination team to deliver a seamless interviewing process.
Develop and maintain resources, training materials, and best practices to enable interviewers, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure alignment across recruiting workflows.
Collaborate with recruiting leadership on headcount planning, pipeline management, and hiring execution.
Own Harvey’s recruiting systems (Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn); Use data and insights from these systems to assess hiring velocity, track performance metrics, and guide recruiting strategies.
5+ years experience in recruiting operations, people operations, or a related role in the tech industry.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling systems, tools, and processes that support hiring teams.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.
Strong analytical skills and a track record of using data to inform strategy and drive outcomes.
Possess strong business acumen, flexibility and process minded.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and align diverse stakeholders.
Opinions on and experience with Recruiting/HR tech stack - specifically tools like Ashby, Gem, Greenhouse, or Rippling.
