Managing Business Analyst - Data and Analytics Portfolio Lead -077511

Job description:

Capgemini is hiring a Data and Analytics Portfolio lead to join our team in Seattle WA.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of telecommunication clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure effective client management and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor and manage the financial aspects of client projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee service excellence and client retention.
  • Address client concerns promptly, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to proactively identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, client feedback, and project statuses.

Required Skills:

  • The candidate should have at least 15 years of Data and Analytics projects implementation experience  
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Delivery Lead experience in Data Analytics space is a requirement
