Cloud Systems Administrator/Data Analyst

The Company is seeking a Cloud Systems Admin and Data Analyst who will serve as the primary point of contact for administration and technical projects, as well as data structure management and analytics. This position will administrate the company’s cloud systems, project manage a customer 3rd party application, offer system troubleshooting support, and aid the executive team with reporting and analytics needs. The Admin will report to the COO and be a key strategic partner, thought leader, and ambassador of company culture and excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing system settings and policies of the company’s cloud systems
• Troubleshoot performance related issues
• MACD of licenses/users, and management of license use/efficiency
• Discreet project management to increase security posture, improve functionality, or add features
• Use of visualization tools to create useful and actionable data visualizations
• Managing reporting and data analysis efforts
• Leading integration of system integration for acquisitions

Other Core Responsibilities

• Be an engaged thought partner to the COO, and operational partner to department leadership
• Play a significant role in technology strategy development and implementation of new policies and procedures
• Identify areas needing improvement and address proactively
• Be a thought leader on new processes and tools to improve performance and customer service

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, CRMs (Zoho a plus), ticketing systems, inventory systems, etc.
• Familiarity with solid data principles and data visualization tools
• Mental agility and the ability to think outside the box
• Python or similar programming ability a plus
• CompTIA or other certifications a plus
• A background in customer-centric technology enabled service industries with a strong understanding of field services
