Would you like to join our international team, to support us with our work related to Nordea’s Enterprise Data Lake. We are looking for a Product Owner to help one of our data-centric product teams by supporting development and simplification towards our business and IT landscape.
About our team
Meet the Product Management team. We are part of Data Systems within Group Data Management Office team. In our role, you will play a valuable role in building and supporting strong and productive data-centric teams. Our team add value by making data easily available and create new data solutions for Nordea’s many internal departments so they can work more efficient with the vast data that exists within banking.

What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their business and technical needs, and build/manage the team backlog from stakeholder’s requirements
- Creating high quality deliverables, including requirements and technical specifications that define and support the deliveries
- Working with the engineering, development and application support teams to improve and maintain a solid data sourcing capability
- Building team roadmap and vision, to support higher level roadmap and vision
- Ensuring documentation is always up to date
- Expectation management to ensure good transparency on what stakeholders expect delivered versus what the team will deliver
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you have:
- Experience leading projects or developments teams within IT
- Proven leadership skills including communication and ability to drive deliveries
- Customer centric attitude and a strong will to succeed
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- An Ability to motivate both yourself and others
- A responsive, organized and professional nature, and are dedicated to project success
- A strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset
- Good understanding of the Agile mindset and values
Your background and skills include:
- Experience leading project- or development teams within IT
- Experience within big data technology
- Thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
- Experience working with distributed global teams
- Fluency in spoken and written English language
- SAFe knowledge and understanding
