Responsibilities

This position is responsible for analytics, reporting, project management and supporting department management. Participates in a wide variety of data quality programs and projects supporting management. Analyses data from multiple systems used within the organization to provide trends, reports, statistical information, identify areas for improvement, etc. Work closely with relevant teams to prioritize business goals and information needs while maintaining the flow of information in-between different computer systems.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Clinical Healthcare field, Business Discipline, Healthcare Management, Health Information management or Information Science or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Two years work experience in a hospital setting required
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Clinical experience preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and co-workers.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.00 to $40.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
