Job Description

SUPPORT THE DATA ANALYTICS INITIATIVES FOCUSSED ON MARKETING MIX MODELLING

You'll be mining large datasets using tools such as R or Python to uncover patterns and insights. You'll also manage specific aspects of projects, including preparing data and analyzing components of a comprehensive Marketing Mix Model. Additionally, you'll be supporting the development of tools and capabilities to improve the understanding, extraction, cleaning, and integration of data from various systems.

You'll be creating impactful, insight-driven presentations designed to empower markets and departments to make well-informed decisions. You'll thrive in a dynamic, international environment, working collaboratively across different functions and teams. You’ll also contribute to a variety of ad-hoc projects based on the organization’s evolving needs.

GET EXPERTISE ACROSS THE ELEMENTS OF THE MARKETING MIX

In this role, you'll immerse yourself in every aspect of the modeling process, gaining hands-on experience and building the skills needed to take charge of complete modeling projects in the future.

Qualifications

University Masters degree, such as Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering etc.

Minimum of 2 years experience, ideally with Data Science experience in the field of Retail /consumer goods data and Marketing Mix Modeling

Experience in using commercial statistical software packages, e.g. R, Python etc.

Experience in econometric modelling (systems and analysis)

Excellent analytical skills, communication and active listening skills

Good understanding of marketing principles, as well as Consumer/Shopping behavior

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.303,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
