The Digital Sales Enablement role will provide the bridge between the consulting teams and the Digital & Innovation Practice. Support the selling cycle, team training and solution adoption.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Capture market opportunities, understand customer drivers and digital needs, develop and evolve technology partnerships and translate these into a solution-based business strategy to “unlock”customer value

  • Develop and implement appropriate and new business models for digital transformation opportunities with customers in all Industries (Mining, Pulp & Paper, Metals, FMCG, O&G)

  • Work with the POs to define product launch strategy including product pricing, value proposition, and target audience.

  • Drive adoption of digital consultative selling within dss+ sales teams, reposition the products to value-based approach

  • Acts as a high-level technical expert for the dss+ digital portfolio across markets and industries verticals, providing knowledge and analysis of applications and operational environments, functional analysis, design, integration, and implementation advice

  • Responsible for leading, developing and coaching the regional consulting teams to educate them into dss+ digital portfolio

  • Provides direction and mentoring to sales and delivery teams in the regions

  • Interfaces with and influences customer’s senior technical and business leadership

  • Conduct industry research (inc. public available data) and competitive analysis to establish dss+ digital unique value proposition.

  • Collect feedback from leadership, project teams, and clients based on project delivery.

  • Channel feedback and market requirements for continuous improvement.

  • Leverage dss+ data lake to derive thought leadership content.

  • Collaborate with dss+ Marketing team to manage internal and external marketing efforts across various channels.

Who you are

With experience in digital transformation and an understanding of safety / EHS topics in high risk operations you will have:

  • Significant experience driving digital transformation for global organizations, in a B2B environment, hands-on experience of the software industry business with focus on analytics

  • Deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends. Consulting experience a plus

  • Proven track record in consultative selling, building pipeline and turning opportunities into sales successes, strong customer focus, exposure to customer top management, ability to drive success in direct and matrix organization

  • Strong knowledge of operational risk management and / or EHS. Sustainability and / or operational excellence are desired

  • Thorough understanding of the industry customer end-to-end digital journey through hands-on exposure to transformation initiatives

  • Experience with digital solutions and digital transformation

  • Excellent networking skills matured in a highly international organization, “leading by influence”

  • Change management experience

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, additional language a plus

  • Availability to travel as required
