We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Associate to join our Group as a member of the Non-Blue Digital Sales Channels, which is part of Endress+Hauser Group Services. The position is located in Reinach, Switzerland, hosted by Endress+Hauser International and reports to the Head of Non-Blue Digital Sales Channels, located in Reinach.

Which tasks will you perform? 
You will: 

• Plan, create and distribute engaging content for the Endress+Hauser Portfolio and products, such as online product content (text, photo, video), promotion material, newsletters, training webinars, etc.
• Promote, monitor and analyze the performance and feedback of the content and communication strategies in user engagement using tools such as MAPP, SimilarWeb, Elocua, etc.
• Organize internal and external activities and events and communicate towards the growing of the Non-Blue Network (internal and external).
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the automation industry and the GPT technology and incorporate them into the content and communication plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineers, designers, customers, partners, etc. to ensure consistent and effective communication. 

 
What do we expect from you? 
You: 

• Have a commercial or communication education in a relevant field.
• Have first professional experience in a similar position in a digital marketing environment.
• Have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English and German.
• Have the knowledge of digital marketing technology, metric tools and platforms. 
• Are a persistent, self-confident and team-oriented personality.
• Bring a creative and innovative mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Enjoy working with GPT and AI, design and video editing tools knowledge is a plus.
