- Develops and implements assessment methodologies and visualization strategies, based on best practices for data integrity.
- Enhance the effectiveness of data retention, collection and analysis and will develop solutions for the ongoing assessment of information resources in all subjects and formats.
- Manage the collecting, compiling and retention of collection data and e-resource use statistics to inform routine and strategic decision-making related to resource allocation for collection development and management, ensuring that the data is valid, relevant and timely.
- Documents collection and use data structures, retention plan(s), user interface/database maintenance and reporting routines with Libraries staff.
- Serves as a member of the Assessment Team; lends skills to organizational assessment initiatives and provides training, as appropriate.
- Gathers collection and usage data typically requested/required by academic program reviews, accreditation reports and national annual library surveys.
- Contributes to the analysis of shared/consortial collections to support decision-making with partner organizations.
- Actively participates in and/or leads library activities focused on collection analysis and keeps abreast of current developments in the field.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

$45,600.00 - $75,300.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
