One of our team missions is to create innovative, scalable, and impactful AI solutions to extend the Kyriba Platform functionality and fulfill growing customer needs and expectations. So we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our growing Data Platform development team and help us push the boundaries of AI by designing, developing, and optimizing autonomous AI agents. 

As a Senior AI Agent Developer, you will play a critical role in architecting and implementing AI agent systems, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies in Large Language Models, natural language processing, and machine learning. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and data scientists, to deploy and iterate on scalable AI solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, prototyping, and development of scalable and efficient production-ready AI systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven agents using state-of-the-art AI algorithms and advanced machine learning techniques.

• Gather the data and maintain the Vector Store for RAG.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define agent requirements, performance metrics, and deliverables.

• Optimize models and algorithms for real-time decision-making and relevant responses.

• Assist in integrating, deploying, and troubleshooting applications in development, testing, and production environments.

• Mentor junior developers and foster best practices in AI development, including code quality and testing.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant innovations into the development process. Continuously improve your skills and knowledge of software development tools, techniques, and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Experience in AI/ML development with successfully implemented LLM, RAG-based, or Natural Language Processing projects.

• Comprehensive knowledge of modern Python programming; Java and Spring experience is a big plus.

• Practical skills in retrieving and storing data from structured and unstructured sources (text documents, database, API, etc).

• Familiarity with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Pandas, MLFlow.

• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, particularly in the context of real-time and autonomous decision-making.

• Experience in designing and deploying production-grade AI models and familiarity with MLOps practices. Solid understanding and practical skills in testing, packaging, and deploying production-grade applications (CICD, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, AWS).

• Strong problem-solving skills, engineering mindset, and courage to introduce AI agents to solve fintech challenges.

• Intermediate (at least) English level with excellent verbal and written communication skills. An ability to work collaboratively and convey complex AI concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
