Product Designer (B2B)

Description

As a product designer at AI21, you'll work collaboratively with the product, data and development teams to help turn complex design challenges into intuitive solutions. You will participate in every phase of the product's lifecycle: from initial ideation to creating user flows and wireframes to building prototypes and final designs. Researching complex user workflows and validating user problems will help you create straightforward and easy-to-use solutions for our B2B platform that are both innovative and well designed.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create smart, intuitive, and cutting-edge experiences
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand our user needs to ensure that the designs meets users needs. 
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with the product management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new strategies for product direction.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Be data driven and have a strong desire to constantly improve user experience.
• Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios, and deliver to development.
• Be an active participant in design at AI21, providing thoughtful feedback across design and product teams in critiques, reviews, and more.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product UX/UI designer in a B2B product company.
• Portfolio emphasizing excellent product thinking, visual design, and problem-solving.
• Great eye for aesthetic design and passion for creating innovative and user-friendly mobile products.
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail oriented, resourceful and meticulous.
• Independent, capable of prioritizing and meet deadlines, and open to feedback.
