Group Security - Analyst

• Managing data analysis projects from defining the project scope, creating timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring the deliverables are met on time.
• Collaborating with the cross functional teams including the business stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data driven solutions. 
• Leading a team of data analysts and associated roles, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team’s success and professional development.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and continuously improving processes and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of data analysis activities. 
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies related to data handling analysis.
• Conduct timely reviews to ensure service quality, adherence to timelines and budgetary considerations

Educational Qualification:

• A master’s degree in computer science, information management, statistics, or a comparable discipline is required.
• A solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software (such as Excel, SPSS, SAS) and mastery in data analysis languages including SQL, Python, and R is preferred.
• Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques.

Experiences:

• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the field of Data Analysis or related field for mid-sized / large sized organisations.
• Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders across levels– internal as well as external
• Preferable to have worked in an organization with diversified businesses.
