What You’ll doAs an ERP Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the daily analysis of data extracted from multiple systems to validate, track down, or identify potential problems that exist. Once problems or discrepancies are identified between the systems, this individual will get specific details, find the origins, and create solutions to rectify the problems.
- Create, design, and modify reports extracted from multiple systems, to include (but not limited to) ERP, Intranet, WMS, and HRIS.
- Extract, modify, and manage data originating from the Oracle ERP system.
- Innovate new reporting based on business needs and drive efficiencies resulting in cost savings.
- Collaborate across departments and contribute to documentation for systems, web applications, and databases.
- Gather raw data and make it presentable, usable, and functional.
- Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Essential Qualities for Success
- At least 5 years of Microsoft Excel experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience and proficiency with Oracle data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience or understanding of API's, including working with JSON and SOAP requests.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and come up with creative ideas to support the business and drive efficiencies resulting in cost savings.
- Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
- Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
- Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
- Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
- Close vision for computer-related activities.

The pay range for this position is $15.40 - $18.80 per hour and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
