Job Description

Links Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA. 

  • Must be a US Citizen 
  • DoD Secret Clearance required
  • Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

The Data Analyst will be an integral member of the technical team responsible for supporting the US Army’s Southeastern Regional Network Enterprise Center at Fort Stewart, GA SharePoint Online presence, associated Microsoft Power Platform products, and organizational data products. This role involves supporting the design, development, and maintenance of document libraries, lists, spreadsheets, visualizations, and workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform products.
  • Develop data products for ad-hoc or recurring analysis and reporting.
  • Create, update, and maintain documentation for implemented processes and solutions,
  • Collaborate with the team, local leadership, and organizational stakeholders.
  • Maintain and refine permission sets for SharePoint and other products to ensure effective access controls.
  • Design and build custom dashboards in Power BI to visualize key security metrics, including vulnerability management, compliance status, and POA&M tracking, with drill down capabilities for use by both Executive Leadership and information assurance analysts.
  • Implement drill-down capabilities in Power BI dashboards to allow security teams to analyze incidents and vulnerabilities at multiple levels of detail.
  • Analyze the security data to provide insights into vulnerability trends, compliance gaps, and areas of improvement.
  • Produce periodic reports on key cybersecurity metrics, such as compliance adherence, incident trends, and risk assessments, using Power BI's reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen 
  • DoD Secret Clearance 
  • IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
  • Three (3+) years of experience in a related field.
  • Three (3+) years of experience in SharePoint development, including experience with SharePoint Online and on-premises versions.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, lists, libraries, web parts, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using TypeScript, React, or Angular.
  • Experience with Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps to create automated workflows and custom applications.

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • MS Certified Power Platform and  Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework, SharePoint 2016 design, development, implementation, and testing.
  • Expertise in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automating data extraction and processing.
  • Strong experience in Power BI dashboard development, including building custom visualizations, integrating APIs, and automating workflows.
  • Proficiency with DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling techniques in Power BI.
  • Ability to develop and manage API integrations for real-time data flow between cybersecurity tools and Power BI.
  • Experience in Power Automate and similar tools for automating security operations and alerts
  • Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. 
  • Experience providing quality service and support for mission-critical systems and VIP end users. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. 
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
