The Data Science & AI team is seeking a skilled specialist, Machine learning engineering to build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines in the cloud supporting our aftermarket digital products & services. You will join a collaborative and dynamic team of data scientists and data engineering professionals working on complex challenges, using the latest cloud services and technology stack. What are your contributions to the team?

  • Support the Aftermarket Cloud Data Platform team develop and maintain data products tailored to the training and inference of enterprise-grade AI/ML systems such as our Smart Link Plus-driven Predictive Maintenance solution
  • Develop, using sound CI practices, scalable and production-ready AI/ML pipelines using the latest orchestration and automation tools
  • Deploy, using sound CD practices, validated and version-controlled AI/ML models using the latest experiment tracking and software release tools
  • Maintain the cloud infrastructure by monitoring its cost and performance, releasing new versions of the AI/ML models as required
  • Work in close collaboration with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure the AI/ML solutions yield the desired outcome and are properly documented including the standardization of processes
  • Establish a robust governance to protect sensitive data, control infrastructure and model access, and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Communicate findings and report back OKR/KPI’s to non-cloud practitioners, bridging the gap between technology and business
     

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • You have experience developing AI/ML pipelines in a business context with proven benefits
  • You have experience training, tuning, and validating AI/ML models on large datasets
  • You have experience deploying AI/ML models in the cloud
  • You have experience maintaining AI/ML solutions throughout their entire lifecycle
  • You have experience with time-series data, particularly telemetry data (asset)
  • You have experience with Databricks or Snowflake (asset)
  • You master Python, SQL, and Bash
  • You are proficient in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas or similar tools 
  • You are proficient in big data processing using Spark or similar tools
  • You are result-driven, open-minded, curious, autonomous, and enthusiastic
  • You are a team player with above-average communication skills in English and French
