We work with over 900 sports properties, including the AFL, Netball Australia, NFL, FIFA, World Rugby, the IOC. Working as an extension of their commercial teams, we help them grow direct relationships with fans and design partnerships to drive business growth.
Our Marketing and Consulting expertise help sports rights holders, build relationships with their audiences, partners and sponsors to drive business growth. And we do it by using data to help our clients better understand their fans. We then create and implement data-led digital marketing and technology solutions that improve fan experience, grow revenues and build commercial efficiency. By knowing fans best, we break down the traditional barriers between sports organisations and their customers.
We currently have a growing team of over 950 Two Circlers based across Europe, Australia and North America.
What you'll be getting up to:
- Conduct data analysis and market research to provide insights and recommendations on the sports industry landscape, fan behaviour, and commercial opportunities for our clients
- Support the development and delivery of client projects by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to create strategic recommendations and actionable insights
- Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Develop client presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science)
- Experience in data analysis, market research, or consulting, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- We are looking for a consulting generalist, but proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sports and a strong interest in understanding fan behaviour and trends
