Summer IT Intern - Data Analytics

Overview:
Join our dynamic IT team for a 10-week summer internship designed for students passionate about data analysis and analytics. This program includes hands-on projects and culminates in a capstone presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in college or dual enrollment
  • Pursuing a major in Math, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • GPA 3.8 or higher in college coursework
  • Will have completed or taking coursework in Calculus 1 and 2 and Linear Algebra
  • Strong interest in data-driven problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and presentations.
  • Prior project experience through coursework, clubs (e.g., DECA, Robotics, Math Club, or similar), or personal initiatives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. There is an occasional need for walking short distances.  Work may be performed in company’s setting, home, or hybrid.
