Data Analysis - Emergency Department
(This position will be onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana)
We are looking for an experienced analyst who can assist with evaluations of emergency department metrics including timeliness of operations, quality and patient experience. Data will assist with evaluation of performance as well as improvement opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assesses the information capabilities of assigned areas to address gaps and provides data analysis training.
- Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives.
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Healthcare experience
- Minimum of 2 years of data experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
- Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access.
